1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Bitely mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Use of Service
Bitely provides a platform connecting users with restaurant deals and discounts. Deals are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn by participating restaurants at any time. You must be at least 13 years old to use Bitely.
3. Deal Redemption
Each deal may only be redeemed once per user per visit. QR codes are valid for 5 minutes from generation. Deals cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. The restaurant reserves the right to refuse redemption if terms are not met.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. Bitely reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Location Data
Bitely uses your device location to show nearby deals and calculate distances. Location data is used only within the app and is not sold to third parties. You may disable location access in your device settings at any time.
6. Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to provide our service, including your name, email, and location. We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Authentication is handled securely through our identity provider.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bitely is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of restaurant offerings. In no event shall Bitely be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Bitely after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email.
